Good photography requires some good technical skills, and understanding, a keen eye, and importantly some luck!

Top Tip:

Make your own luck - always carry a quick fire automatic camera with you, take it to bed with you if you must, but always have it handy. When the moment arrives you'll be ready!

And afterwards as your showing off your new masterpiece you can say "What luck that I had my camera with me!"

Shoot first and ask questions later. Ok, sometimes its tough - maybe you're unsure if its appropriate, so if in doubt be subtle, but try to be brave also.

Also remember that its always good etiquette to ask your subjects permission (even of you do do it afterwards!)
