In case your having trouble getting started:

Top Tip:

1. Work Out How Much You Can Afford.
2. Visit your bank to get a Mortgage Agreement in principle.
3. Do your research and find a property.
4. Hire a Solicitor (Your bank may recommend one to you).
5. Make an offer or offers
6. Have a survey and valuation done.
7. Fulfill all legal requirements as specified by your lawyer.
8. Arrange for life assurance.
9. Finalise your mortgage with your bank.
10.Organise your move.
11. Finalise Your Contract Details.
12. Exchange contracts, take possession and open the champaign!
