Take care! Some cash machines in the UK charge for you taking your money out. Always..
Its madness to pay for getting your own money out! Think about the location of the cash machine. If its part of a bank, you are more likely to see no charge. In petrol stations, motorway services and small shops you are likely to be charged. |

Sneaky one here...
It might be annoying not being able to withdraw a tenner, but thats not as annoying as the bank charging you £25 to do it when they have the facility to avoid doing so. |

And...
And the key to good housekeeping is knowledge of where your money goes! Are there other uses you can get out of cash machines? |

Why shouldn't they charge? Why should the banks pay for machines that will only benefit you? Why should the banks bear the cost of paying the technicians who service the machines, and the security staff who keep them filled with notes?
