Default Romantic date ideas...

Dates are great but so often uncreative, dinner and the cinema has its good points but rarely really gets the heart pounding...

Top Tip:

Surprise is a great start to a date, believe me women especially link surprise with romance. If they think you've really made an effort without them knowing you'll be onto a winner...

Anyone else got any good tips for dates, or even examples or good surprises? Personally I'd love to hear them.

Hi Kelly,

I once went on a amazing date, my boyfriend arranged a whole day, from breakfast in bed to lunch in a great restaurant, a play and then a night in a great room in a hotel. I had great fun, and I think the fact that he'd gone to so much trouble to organise this was the geatest thing for me. He denies it but I actually suspect that he drove from our house (in Welwyn Garden City) to the hotel to time how long the drive took!

What a sweety!
