Here is a healthy tip and a money saving tip all in one......

Top Tip:

When buying toothpaste always purchase one with flouride in it. Everything else is simply a gimmick to persuade you to pay more! Anything that whitens, fizzes, bubbles, zips, pings and has essence of mountain stream is just an added chemical to persuade your mouth something exciting is happening!

This is a dental hygeinists advice and while shopping I paid 98p for Colgate traditional (with flouride) instead of £2.49 for the snazzy one.

Love it! This reminds me of a good tip about "own brands", okay it doesn't apply only to toothpaste but anyway...:

Top Tip:

Check own brand goods for "manufactured by" information on the back, you may find that Sainsbury's own brand toothpaste is made by Colgate or Crest or another big brand. There's no real prooving it, but I bet your buying the same stuff for much less...
