Default The "One Stop" Healthy Beginning!

Everyone has got an interest in health and fitness, but I think its quite difficult to find exercises, programs or sports that suit every one because, lets face it, everyone is different!

We are all different shapes, sizes and aptitudes who lead different lives in terms of jobs, family situation and circumstance.

So this tip, which I think you all may know, is something that everyone can do every day of your life, to keep themselves a little more active and healthy. Its all about thinking "one stop" ahead...

Top Tip:
Every day, wherever you are or whatever you are doing, think "one stop" ahead and make yourself go that little extra top get the heart pumping. For instance...

On the bus, get off one stop before yours and walk the last leg

On the train, you could get off a stop before and cycle the last leg

When parking the car, park a street away or on a couple of levels away from your destination

When taking the lift, get out the stop before and take the stairs

Instead of emailing someone in the office, get up and go to thier desk (good for office morale too!)

You will get everywhere you need to go, do everything you need to do and yet you will have gently exercised as well


Enjoy! Now, instead of ordering that curry in I think I will wander up town and get it myself....perhaps a glass of beer on the way home.....

Great tips cooksta. Happiness comes when your work and words are of benefit to yourself and others. Thank you for your suggestion.
I too have some tips which I want to share with you.

Drinking plenty of water every day is one of the best solutions to reduce your body weight. We have to make it a habit to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This helps in flushing out harmful toxins in the body and increases our metabolism which in turn will help you in burning out the body fat and keeps your skin complexion clear.

a. Eat a vegetable at every meal.
b. Eat two vegetables at every meal.
c. Drink a fruit smoothie for breakfast.

I hope some of this helps.

of course yes every body will be having concern about their own health and fitness.
They will be looking forward to improve their health.
In todays life no one will be having time to take care of their health. Then they will be waiting for a short cuts.
But, Thanks for your simple solutions; you really have a knack for explaining complex things in simpler terms! I like it very much.
