Default Sleep

A good nights sleep is vital for good all reound health...

Quote:
A recent research study conducted by Boston University School of Medicine found a connection between insomnia and diabetes. Study participants that reported sleeping less than 6 hours or more than 9 hours a day had an increased incidence of diabetes, compared to those who reported sleeping 7-8 hours.
Top Tip:

Exposing yourself to sunlight soon after getting up will help regulate your biological clock. So will daily excersise, so why not combine the two with an early morning jog or walk? It will also stimulate your appetite for a good healthy breakfast. Sleep, fitness and vitimin intake all sorted for the day before you even leave for work!!
