Default Coping with Exam Stress

I once heard a great piece of advice about exams, I was at University at the time and the advice was very useful.

Advice about Exams comes in all guises but this really help to set the overall picture!

Top Tip:

Think of exams as an event, a big important event like the Olympic games in which you are competing and then think about how you would prepare for that.

You need sleep, rest, relaxation a good diet, exercise but most of all you need to practice your particular "event".

A work and exercise schedule is invaluable, just as athletes have before a big event. Plan for a good nights sleep, plan a good diet, plan plenty of exercise, plan time to relax and then fill every other moment with (in this case study).


Worked pretty well for me at the time, all except the relaxation part, which I planned (and took) far to much of...
