Default Stress

I had a difficult period in my life not so long ago, and I needed to move home.

A good friend of mine, who has plenty worldly experience in investments, suggested to me:

Top Tip:

Avoid making investments at times of stress. Brokers and the like learn to live and cope with stress, but for the layman stress can have some very negative effects on people and they tend to make bad decisions that can add to the stress!

This advice actually made sense to me on a number of levels and I actually stayed where I was for another six months until things were a little more settled. I am very glad that I did, some of the property I was looking at was terrible and I now think; thank God, I didn't buy then!
