I was talking about squash last night with a friend and he came up with another tip for stopping cramping racquet hands.......

| Wear a sweatband on the wrist of your racquet hand, this will stop the sweat from your arm running onto the handle and making it slippery. When its slippery, you have to grip harder and that increases your chance of painful cramps |
The headband is optional, it looks good on some looks very dodgy on others!!
