Default The "One Stop" Healthy Beginning!

Everyone has got an interest in health and fitness, but I think its quite difficult to find exercises, programs or sports that suit every one because, lets face it, everyone is different!

We are all different shapes, sizes and aptitudes who lead different lives in terms of jobs, family situation and circumstance.

So this tip, which I think you all may know, is something that everyone can do every day of your life, to keep themselves a little more active and healthy. Its all about thinking "one stop" ahead...

Top Tip:
Every day, wherever you are or whatever you are doing, think "one stop" ahead and make yourself go that little extra top get the heart pumping. For instance...

On the bus, get off one stop before yours and walk the last leg

On the train, you could get off a stop before and cycle the last leg

When parking the car, park a street away or on a couple of levels away from your destination

When taking the lift, get out the stop before and take the stairs

Instead of emailing someone in the office, get up and go to thier desk (good for office morale too!)

You will get everywhere you need to go, do everything you need to do and yet you will have gently exercised as well


Enjoy! Now, instead of ordering that curry in I think I will wander up town and get it myself....perhaps a glass of beer on the way home.....
